Job Description
We are looking for a strategic leader with super-powers driving and communicating HR business operations, programs, and strategy to join the Entertainment People eXperience & Technology (PXT) team that supports Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios (PVS) and Audio, Twitch & Games (ATG). This role partners directly with Amazon's central PXT teams and HR senior leadership team. The role requires a self-starter that is a strong, innovative thinker with a proven record of creating and implementing strategic plans focused on short-term wins and long-term gains, influencing multi-functionally, prioritizing quickly and effectively, and executing flawlessly by insisting on the highest standards in a dynamic environment.
You will interact with stakeholders at all levels of the business, HR and central teams and are responsible for implementing and iterating standard processes, communication cadences, policies, and procedures. The ideal candidate is someone with a demonstrated history of successfully owning and managing large, complex org-wide workstreams and engaging with cross-functional teams and numerous stakeholders, directly and through influence, is comfortable dealing with ambiguity, has a strong attention to detail, is motivated by a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable thinking big and diving deep. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals. People trust and respect you, and they like to work with you.
Key job responsibilities
As a key strategic partner to Entertainment PXT leadership, you will drive both strategic planning and operational execution (e.g. rhythm of business, goal planning) across the organization. This role demands both big thinking, high judgment, communication skills, and precise execution, as you'll be responsible for:
• Driving strategic planning and execution across Entertainment PXT, including 3-Year Planning and annual planning (OP1/OP2)
• Owning mission-critical business operations and inspection mechanisms that keep our organization operating at peak performance
• Developing scalable frameworks and processes that become the standard for how we operate and grow
• Developing and presenting new initiatives through written documents that influence senior leadership decision-making across the organization
• Collaborating with PXT line and Center of Excellence (COE) teams to ensure Entertainment PXT's strategic initiatives and goals are effectively integrated into cross-functional solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Support PXT and Business facing mechanisms with senior leader visibility (e.g. Monthly Business Reviews) and plan, execute and facilitate team offsites and town halls.

You'll establish scalable frameworks and provide thought leadership that shapes immediate priorities and long-term vision. Balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution, you'll deliver documents that enhance the employee experience while navigating ambiguity and making high-stakes decisions, and be pulled into special projects as needed. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, creating clarity and actionable paths that advance Entertainment PXT's objectives.

- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience delivering cross functional projects
- Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects, or experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
- Experience with strategic planning processes including 3-Year Planning and OP1/OP2
- Experience with developing and iterating Rhythm of the Business (ROB) for team and org planning

Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of HR or business function experience- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience delivering cross functional projects
- Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects, or experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
