Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute dual-brand strategies across channelsAlign mid-to-long term strategies and implementation timelines for the two brands, and collaborate with the Sales Middle Platform to ensure synchronized progress and effective delivery.Monitor progress and conduct post-review for flagship campaigns including Super Brand Day and Double 11. Establish and optimize SOPs to clarify roles, timelines and improve overall collaboration efficiency.
  • Lead and manage large-scale offline eventsTake charge of end-to-end planning and execution of industry exhibitions (Asia Pet Fair, Toot Fair, CIIE, etc.). Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Design and Operations to ensure seamless brand experience, consumer engagement and live commerce arrangements, followed by performance evaluation and post-event recap.
  • Unify brand experience across all channels-Offline channels: Develop in-store experience and customer acquisition strategies in line with brand overall positioning. Design tailored solutions for brand visibility, product portfolio and user recruitment for different types of physical stores.E-commerce: Work closely with the Channel Middle Platform. Based on dual-brand positioning and existing brand guidelines, formulate refined channel-specific brand guidelines.
  • Drive omnichannel alignment and data-driven optimizationPartner closely with Brand Team, Sales Middle Platform and Sales Pillars to enhance conversion and ensure brand strategies are fully implemented across channels.Synchronize online and offline marketing schedules, and align resources and actions for key milestones such as major sales promotions and new product launches.Collaborate with CMI to monitor on-site and off-site data (audience profile, impressions, conversion rate, ROI, etc.), and optimize brand & channel performance with data insights.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in brand building and channel operation (especially e-commerce), with keen business acumen.
  • Excellent resource coordination and cross-functional influencing skills; data literate and capable of optimizing strategies based on data analysis.
  • Results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
