People Insights, Inclusion & Digital 

PwC Indonesia is seeking a Human Capital Transformation & Talent & Impact Intern to support firmwide people transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy combining data, visual communication, and storytelling to design meaningful people campaigns and translate insights into clear action. 

  • Support analytics and reporting for people platforms and internal communication tools to inform campaign effectiveness and decision‑making. 
  • Assist in the administration and analysis of the Global People Survey, including data preparation, basic analysis, and insight storytelling. 
  • Assist in designing and implementing inclusion and diversity campaigns, from concept development to execution and communication. 
  • Contribute to visual communication materials such as campaign decks, dashboards, posters, and internal communication assets to ensure messages are clear, engaging, and easy to understand. 
  • Support key stakeholders, including HC Business Leads and the People Team, in executing Talent & Impact agendas and processes within their Lines of Service. 
  • Assist with cross-Line of Service (xLoS) Talent & Impact projects by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. 
  • Act as a contact point for Talent & Impact-related activities, ensuring alignment with HC Business Leads. 
  • Assist in the delivery of training related to Talent & Impact for key stakeholder groups. 
  • Contribute to firm-wide communication efforts related to Talent & Impact activities.
