Position Description:

• 主导区域市场准入战略，构建并维护与省级及以上核心政府部门（卫健委、医保局等）及关键行业协会的对话机制，传递公司产品价值与立场，推动长期互信合作。
• 统筹管理区域内带量采购（VBP）及重大招标项目，审定投标策略与价格体系，主导处理突发政策危机与系统性风险。
• 洞察宏观政策趋势，建立区域政策预警与分析体系，指导团队将政策信号转化为机会与应对方案。
• 推动区域创新MA生态环境建设，前瞻性塑造行业准入环境
• 负责区域准入团队的搭建、人才培养与绩效管理，促进跨部门高效协同，确保战略目标落地。
• 完成部门领导布置的其他工作。

Qualifications and Experiences:

• 硕士及以上学历优先，具备公共卫生、卫生经济学、临床医学、管理学等多维度知识背景。
• 10 年以上医疗行业政府事务、市场准入相关经验，其中包含 5 年以上团队管理及战略规划经验。
• 深耕所在区域，拥有深厚的省级及以上政府主管部门人脉资源，熟悉医疗器械行业宏观格局与发展趋势。
• 具备卓越的战略思维与政策解读能力，能够制定系统性顶层设计方案并驱动组织变革。
• 杰出的领导力、沟通谈判能力及跨资源整合能力，善于在复杂环境下进行高层决策与危机管理。责任担当、结果导向，正直诚信，具备极强的抗压能力，以及开放的协同共赢与长期主义心态。
