The Director, AI Solutions role at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity to shape and scale the firm’s AI capability from the ground up. This Director will own the AI Solutions portfolio in India, setting the roadmap, sequencing investments across multiple workstreams and building the team that translates Portage Point’s consulting and advisory methodologies into production-grade agentic AI platforms. Reporting to the India Delivery Leader and partnering closely with US-based Practice Line Leaders, this Director will lead a team of two to three Vice Presidents and their Senior Associates, owning hiring, vendor partner management and capability development across the function. This person will operate primarily as a portfolio leader and people leader, with selective hands-on involvement on flagship initiatives.
