Job Description

iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

iFIT is looking for its first AI Solutions Lead embedded inside Operations. This is a builder role for someone who has seen how operations actually work and has the technical depth to fix what is broken using AI. You will sit inside four Ops functions: Distribution, Logistics, Purchasing, Member Care, and Supply Chain, identifying the highest-value automation opportunities and owning the solution from discovery through delivery.

You will work directly with the COO and functional leaders to understand the current state of legacy IT systems (CRM, ERP), then design and build the bridges, automations, and AI-powered workflows that remove friction, reduce manual effort, and create measurable operational leverage. This is not a consulting engagement. This is an opportunity to invent AI enabled tools that will enable Operations and Supply Chain to reach greater levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Embed with each Ops function to identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities with real business impact
  • Audit current workflows across SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems to identify integration gaps and manual processes ripe for automation
  • Design, build, and deploy AI-powered tools and automated workflows leverage AI tools
  • Develop a point of view on the AI tool landscape and make recommendations to operational and executive leadership on what to adopt, build, or avoid
  • Document processes before and after implementation so gains are measurable and defensible at the executive level
  • Translate complex technical solutions into plain language that operations leaders and frontline managers can understand and adopt
  • Work and lead Operations cross-functional tiger teams
  • Build the foundation for a scalable AI practice within Operations as the work grows

WHAT YOU BRING

We are not prescribing a specific number of years of experience. We are looking for demonstrated outcomes. The right candidate can show us something they built, explain the problem it solved, and tell us what the result was.

You are the right fit if you can say yes to all of these:

  • You have worked alongside an operational environment
  • You have built or implemented an automation or AI-powered tool that is currently in use somewhere, not just a proof of concept
  • You write code. Python, JavaScript, or a similar language at a working level. You are not afraid to build from scratch when the situation calls for it
  • You have worked with or around enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, call management tools, or similar platforms at a configuration or integration level
  • You can walk into a broken process, identify the real problem underneath the symptoms, and propose a solution without waiting to be told what to do
  • You communicate clearly. You can explain what you built and why it matters to someone who has never written a line of code

THE FIXER STANDARD

We have a name for the mentality this role requires. A Fixer does not wait for a ticket. They identify the real problem, separate noise from signal, understand the system well enough to fix it, take ownership of the solution, and ask whether what they are building will still work tomorrow, not just today.

If that description makes you lean in, keep reading. If it makes you uncomfortable, this is probably not the right seat.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools, LLM integrations, robotic process automation (RPA), or workflow automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, UiPath, or similar
  • Familiarity with API integrations and the ability to connect systems that were not designed to talk to each other
  • Experience working in or around supply chain
  • Demonstrated ability to work across functions and earn trust with operational leaders who are skeptical of technology for its own sake

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

In your first 90 days:

  • You have completed a process audit across all four Ops functions and produced a prioritized opportunity map
  • You have shipped at least one working automation or AI tool that is in active use
  • Operational leaders trust your point of view and are asking for your help

By the end of year one:

  • Multiple workflows have been automated or AI-enhanced with measurable reductions in manual effort or error rates
  • You have a documented roadmap for the next 12 months of AI implementation across Ops
  • The business case for a small team has been identified and is being built
