We're looking for a high-performing Partner Development Team Lead to lead and scale our global Agency Partner ecosystem.
 

This is a player-coach role:

  • 60%: Directly managing and growing strategic agency partners

  • 40%: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Partner Engagement Managers (PEMs)

You will own partner outcomes while building a high-performing team that drives measurable partner-sourced revenue and engagement.

This role requires someone who is:

  • Team oriented mindset

  • Operator-first

  • Highly analytical

  • Strong in relationship building

  • Comfortable leading from the front

AI fluency is a non-negotiable requirement. The best candidates will demonstrate how you have used AI to build, improve, or scale workflows, programs, or results.
