In 2015, we pioneered a “moneyball for biotech” approach, pooling projects and promising early-stage research from academia together under one financial umbrella to reduce risk and unleash innovation. This model allows science and small teams of experts to lead the way. We build bridges to groundbreaking advancements in rare disease, and develop life-changing medicines for patients with unmet needs as fast as humanly possible.
Together we define white space, push boundaries, and empower people to solve problems. If you're someone who defies convention, join us and work alongside some of the most respected minds in the industry. Together, we'll ask "why not?" and help reengineer the future of biopharma. At BridgeBio, we value curiosity and experimentation—including the ethical & thoughtful use of AI to improve clarity, speed, and quality of work.
What You'll Do
We're looking for a seasoned Brand Activation Lead to own the end-to-end execution of our brand's most visible moments — campaigns, launches, events, partnerships, and integrated activations across digital and physical channels. This is a producer's role at its core: you are the person who turns creative ambition and strategic intent into shipped, on-time, on-budget reality, orchestrating the many moving parts and people it takes to bring a brand to life. You sit at the intersection of creative, strategy, and operations. You don't just track work — you drive it, anticipating what's needed before it's asked, clearing obstacles, and holding the whole production together from concept through delivery and measurement.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of brand activations and campaigns — from kickoff and scoping through production, launch, and post-mortem — across digital, experiential, and physical channels.
- Act as the central point of coordination across creative, design, content, media, product, legal, and external partners, keeping every workstream aligned and moving.
- Build and manage detailed production plans, timelines, budgets, and resourcing, and hold stakeholders accountable to them.
- Translate strategic and creative briefs into executable plans, sequencing the work and identifying dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs early.
- Manage external vendors, agencies, production partners, and freelancers — from scoping and contracting through delivery and invoicing.
- Run the day-to-day: status meetings, stand-ups, reviews, approvals, and the constant communication that keeps a complex activation on track.
- Anticipate and remove blockers, resolve competing priorities, and make the judgment calls that keep work shipping without sacrificing quality.
- Establish and refine repeatable production processes, playbooks, and templates that let the team scale activations efficiently.
- Partner with analytics to define success metrics and lead post-activation reviews that turn results into lessons for the next cycle.
Where You'll Work
In-office in Palo Alto (3-4 days a week) and San Francisco (1-2 days a week).
Who You Are
- ~10 years of experience in program/project management, production, or brand/campaign delivery — ideally spanning agency and in-house environments.
- A proven track record shipping complex, multi-stakeholder brand activations or integrated campaigns on time and on budget.
- Deep fluency in production and project management: scoping, budgeting, resourcing, risk management, and timeline orchestration.
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to earn the trust of creative and design partners while still holding the line on delivery.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, comfortable moving between executive updates and vendor negotiations.
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and production partners end to end.
- Calm under pressure, highly organized, and energized by ambiguity and many moving parts.
- Fluency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Monday, Figma, Smartsheet).
As a global company, our comprehensive benefits may vary based on location. We have high expectations for our team members. We make sure those working hard for patients are rewarded and cared for in return.
