Are you a passionate and experienced RN looking to take the next step in your dialysis career? As an Experienced Clinical Coordinator, you’ll play a vital leadership role in delivering high-quality care to patients with End-Stage Renal Disease while mentoring teammates, driving clinical excellence, and fostering a collaborative environment.

Minimum of 6 months as a dialysis RN required

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
• Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
• Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• Current RN license and CPR certification
• 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis
• Charge RN readiness approval required
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
• CNN/CDN certification a plus
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

The Wage Range for the role is $42.00 - $56.00 per hour.
