As the Advancement Associate on the Advancement Team, you will play a critical role in driving MLT’s fundraising and engagement efforts. MLT is looking for an exceptional team member who will support both the Advancement Department and the broader organization through existing and prospective donor outreach, moves management, and other donor-facing activities. You will also help strengthen the operational backbone of the team by maintaining clean, accurate data and systems that power our fundraising work. In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with Advancement teammates, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners across MLT. Success in this role looks like someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive, someone who ensures no donor touchpoint or data entry falls through the cracks. You will help ensure our team is equipped to engage donors with excellence, directly supporting MLT’s ability to scale impact and advance its mission.
