Your Role & Responsibilities

• Clinical Care: Prepare and administer medications accurately as ordered by physicians.

• Documentation: Manage detailed record-keeping for patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

• Care Planning: Review and update resident discharge plans to ensure successful recovery.

• Quality Oversight: Conduct regular rounds to ensure nursing standards are met and protocols are followed.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.

• Critical Thinking: A compassionate team player capable of making independent decisions, especially during NOC shifts.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills.

• Dedication: A genuine passion for working with the senior population.
