Job Description:

The purpose of this role of Royal Canin Korea is to ensure the e-merchandising and recommendation of Royal Canin products by partnering with a variety of online customers and channels. This position plays an important role in driving sales and growing category in the digital space.

  • Lead retail media strategies and maximize growth opportunities for media execution based on a deep understanding of digital touch points and channels.

  • Continuously evolve media planning and execution across CPC, SEM, SEO, and display banners for conversion

  • Plan and execute retail media on Naver and Coupang, align goals with the Ecom Sales team, and run A/B tests within a testandlearn framework to drive mid/longterm optimization.

  • Develop and manage digital content through strategic planning, production, and performance analysis.

  • Collaborate with e-commerce and marketing team on campaigns, content, landing pages and retargeting strategies to ensure brand consistency.

  • Accelerate the ECom excellence strategy by extending beyond retail media into broad ecommerce marketing, including viral marketing and blog seeding etc.

  • Primarily focus on local ecommerce (ECom) marketing strategy while engaging regularly with the APAC regional team to align on and communicate the brandwide strategy.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with media/content agencies to set campaign objectives, review performance against KPIs, and identify opportunities for efficiency.

  • Manage media budget allocation, monitoring and reporting for assigned campaigns ownership.

  • Analyze performance metrics and provide periodic reports on campaign and media effectiveness.

1. Education & Professional Qualification

  • A university degree or higher-level education

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both locally and internationally

2. Knowledge/Experience

  • Over 5 years of experience in FMCG, including a minimum of 3 years in the E-commerce/Marketing field

  • E-commerce marketing(media, performance marketing) experience preferred – Retail media experience across Korea’s major platforms (Naver, Coupang) is preferred.

  • Proven expertise in content planning, production, and performance analysis

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external partners and agencies

  • Advanced level of English both written and verbal
