Responsibilities

Collaborate with JLL PDS and multidisciplinary teams on mechanical system design and coordination

Manage interface between building mechanical systems and process equipment

Review design documents, technical specifications, and contractor submittals

Oversee HVAC, gas systems, cleanroom environmental systems, cooling infrastructure, plumbing, and fire protection systems

Provide technical support during construction, including site inspections and RFI responses

Support and oversee commissioning activities to ensure system reliability and compliance

Identify and mitigate technical risks from design through project handover

 

Requirements

Strong English Communication Skills required (speaking & writing)

Minimum 7+ years of experience in mechanical facilities management

Must hold at least one relevant license such as Mechanical Facilities Engineer or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer.

Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required

Experience in cleanroom construction or maintenance is preferred.
