Role Summary

Responsible for the safe, reliable operation of data centre facilities and critical infrastructure, supporting 24/7 operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of data centre facilities

• Oversee critical systems (power, cooling, UPS, generators, fire systems)

• Plan and manage preventive and reactive maintenance

• Supervise contractors and service providers

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and outages as required

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards

• Maintain operational logs, reports, and documentation

• Support 24/7 operational availability of the data centre

• Provide out-of-hours support for incidents, maintenance, and emergencies

Requirements

• Degree holder in engineering field

• 5 years or more experience in a similar role within a data centre or critical environment

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

• Comfortable working in a 24/7, mission-critical setting
