Sales Enablement Content Manager

Fastly is seeking a creative, execution-focused Sales Enablement Content Manager to support the development of high-impact enablement content for our revenue organization. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, learning, and multimedia production.

You will design and produce engaging enablement materials—including videos, presentations, playbooks, and digital learning assets—that help sellers ramp faster and perform at their best. The ideal candidate brings strong writing skills, creativity, hands-on video editing experience, and a foundational understanding of sales enablement or revenue organizations. Experience with Highspot or similar enablement platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create compelling sales enablement content across formats, including videos, presentations, job aids, playbooks, and interactive learning materials

  • Edit high-quality training and product videos to support onboarding, product launches, and ongoing sales initiatives

  • Translate complex product messaging and sales processes into clear, engaging, seller-ready content

  • Partner with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy and relevance

  • Maintain and update enablement assets to reflect evolving messaging, product updates, and go-to-market priorities

  • Ensure all materials are visually engaging, brand-aligned, and easy for sellers to consume and apply in customer conversations
