Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
The mission of Anduril’s Air Dominance and Strike Division is to fundamentally reshape the way future peer to peer conflicts are fought by developing next generation collaborative combat aircraft, advanced effects, and the software that powers these autonomous weapons. The AD&S team is looking for a Growth Operations Analyst to deeply embed with our Business Development team to run team operations, optimize sales pipeline health, and sit at the intersection of Growth, Engineering, Proposals, Government Relations among others to drive alignment and execution.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Support the Business Development team by analyzing top-line data to identify business trends, surface insights, and enable informed, data-backed decision making to hit growth targets
- Own Salesforce hygiene and top-of-funnel process discipline so our CRM is a reliable source of truth
- Define and run the governance structure for the BD team and cross-functional partners like Engineering, Proposals & Capture, Government Relations, International, and Marketing & Design — own prep, real-time notes, and relentless follow up
- Build compelling decks for external engagements and maintain a living library of best-in-class presentations for the Business Development knowledge base
- Prioritize customer engagements and key messages in alignment with business line priorities, ensuring GM alignment every step of the way
- Track Business Development team progress toward targets, ensuring individual team members know what they need to hit to succeed
- Utilize a data analysis skill set to translate complex data into strategic narratives tailored for executive audiences
- Tackle special projects as needed from market research to mapping customer engagements to running tradeshows and customer engagements
Here’s who you are:
- You’re a closer — not in a sales sense, but in a “every action item from every meeting actually gets done” sense
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication, with the polish to create executive-quality decks and the directness to chase down a late deliverable
- You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and figuring out what “done” looks like when nobody’s defined it yet
- You’re both high ownership and low ego — you’ll run a meeting with senior leaders and update Salesforce records in the same afternoon
- You’re hyper-organized and detail-oriented, with a natural instinct for building systems that keep things on track
- You have 1-3 years of experience in an operating, consulting, project management, or business development support role — ideally somewhere fast-paced where you learned that speed and precision aren’t trade-offs
- Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
