Responsibilities:

• Process optimization and improvement: assist in data collecting and analysis of existing business and production processes and promote the optimization of standardized operational procedures.
• Project execution and tracking: support the implementation, testing, verification, and finalization of improvement plans for ongoing projects, and report the progress regularly
• Data analysis and reporting: Participate in the collection and collation of the company's KPI data, identify problems, and propose improvement suggestions.
• Training and Learning: participate in training on continuous improvement tools and share what you’ve learned internally.
• Perform other support tasks assigned by the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, with major in industrial engineering, industrial design or related fields preferred.
• Work 3 days a week: able to participate in a 2-month internship during the summer break.
