About the role

Since 2011, General Assembly has transformed tens of thousands of careers through pioneering, experiential education in today’s most in-demand skills. As featured in The Economist, Wired, and The New York Times, GA offers training in web development, data, design, business, and more, both online and at campuses around the world. Our global professional community boasts 60,000 full- and part-time alumni — and counting. In addition to fostering career growth for individuals, GA helps employers cultivate top tech talent and spur innovation by transforming their teams through strategic learning. More than 21,000 employees at elite companies worldwide have honed their digital fluency with our upskilling and reskilling initiatives. GA has also been recognized as one of Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500, and Fast Company has dubbed us leaders in World-Changing Ideas as well as the #1 Most Innovative Company in Education.

GA is at the leading edge of creating practical solutions to one of the most pressing challenges of our time - the future of work. As recognized by The World Economic Forum, BCG, the OECD and more, these are big challenges to which only a few companies are offering real solutions. In this role, you'll be speaking every day to corporate leaders who rely on GA to help them apply these solutions to their workforce of the future.

Location: Singapore (hybrid – office + client visits)

Compensation: Low base + uncapped high commission (OTE SGD 180k–250k+ in Year 1, realistic for strong performers)

About the Role

We’re looking for a hungry, technically fluent sales professional who loves selling high-value enterprise learning solutions and thrives in a low-base, high-commission environment.

You will own the full sales cycle for GA’s AI for All Academy Solutions — our flagship suite of role-specific, hands-on AI training programs (from 3-hour workshops to 5-day accelerators) targeted at Decision-Makers, Tech & Data Teams, and Business & Operational roles.

This is not a generic SaaS or LMS sales role. You will be selling transformational upskilling that delivers measurable productivity gains and directly addresses the #1 barrier to AI adoption: skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Hunt and close enterprise deals (S$100k–S$1M+ per cohort) with mid-to-large organisations in Singapore and SEA.
  • Build relationships with L&D, HRBP, CIO/CTO, CHRO, and business unit leaders.
  • Run technical discovery calls and live demos of our AI-Enabled → AI-Augmented → AI-Superpowered curriculum (including Agentic AI, custom GPTs, prompt engineering at scale, etc.).
  • Craft custom proposals using our High-Level Designs (HLDs) for Leaders, HR, Sales, Finance, Data, etc.
  • Leverage pricing flexibility (fixed cohort pricing + add-ons: assessments, post-training peer groups, industry-specific content, in-person delivery).
  • Own the full funnel: outbound, inbound, RFP responses, pilot → enterprise rollout.
  • Hit and exceed aggressive commission accelerators (no cap).

Compensation (the part everyone reads first)

  • Base salary: SGD 80k–100k (deliberately kept low to maximise commission upside)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): SGD 180k–250k+ in Year 1 (realistic for a strong closer)
  • Commission structure: 10–15% of contract value on new business
  • Uncapped — top performers regularly clear SGD 300k+
  • Additional benefits: health insurance, phone allowance, learning stipend, GA course credits (yes, you can take our AI programs for free)

What You Need

Must-have

  • 4+ years B2B enterprise sales experience (ideally in tech training, professional services, SaaS, or consulting)
  • Ability to hold technical conversations with CTOs, Data Science leads, and L&D heads
  • Proven track record of closing six-figure deals
  • Comfortable with low-base/high-commission structures (you eat what you kill)

Strongly preferred

  • Existing network in Singapore/SEA corporate learning space
  • Experience selling to Finance, Sales, HR, or Tech functions
  • Basic understanding of AI/GenAI concepts (we’ll train you on the rest)

Why Join GA Singapore Right Now?

  • We are the only provider with a fully role-specific, stackable AI academy (non-tech + technical tracks) that scales from 3-hour workshops to 40-hour agentic AI accelerators.
  • Massive untapped demand — 70% of leaders admit they don’t have the skills to use AI safely (State of Tech Talent report).
  • You will be selling something that genuinely moves the needle for clients (see Adobe, Deloitte, GE HealthCare case studies).
  • High-commission model + real equity-like upside if you build a book of recurring enterprise clients.

If you’re the type of salesperson who gets energised by complex stakeholder maps, loves demoing cutting-edge AI training, and is motivated by uncapped earnings, this is your role.

Apply with your resume + a short note on your biggest enterprise training deal to date or the reasons why you feel you would be perfect for this role.
