Brand Activation Manager - Your new challenge at Mars?

The Brand Activation Manager will be responsible for leading and executing 360º marketing strategies, englobing media, CRM, Advocacy, and events, and building best in class 1-to-1 relationships with POs through journey orchestration and excellence in execution of the brand funnel. This professional will play a central role in strengthening the brand, generating demand, and building relationships with consumers and professionals, as well as identifying innovative strategies to increase Royal Canin's brand awareness and penetration, ensuring sustainable growth and brand visibility in the market. It is necessary a close collaboration with the Regional and Global teams. The Role also collaborates and builds their plans with the Brand & Portfolio Manager, Corporate Affairs team, VET & PRO Managers, Trade Marketing Manager & Internal and External Communication Coordinator.

In this exciting job you'll...

  • Develop and implement the brand plan for Royal Canin.

  • Assure a correct funnel execution for the brand that contributes for a better brand positioning, considering all the steps: awareness, consideration, conversion and loyalty (mapping key touchpoints and golden moments).

  • Assure an optimal brand health delivering excellence in brand management, monitoring metrics and KPIs for decision making and supervising the brand dashboard performance.

  • Execute the necessary research related to consumer insights, motivations as well as competition communications analysis and reviews.

  • Build the integrated calendar to create internal synergies and be aligned with other value chain models in strategy and communication campaigns and programs.

  • Develop and execute the consumer experience strategy, through brand programs and activations for a better customer connection and to enable pet´s health impact.

  • Accelerate the emotional connections with the consumers through communication guidelines definition, focus on reinforcing brand competitive advantages, RTBs per category lines, accurate brand communication at the POS.

  • Execute global/regional campaigns to promote brand positioning locally following the brand guidelines and brand book to implement an accurate deployment through VET and PSR value chain models.

  • Monitoring strategic suppliers related to advertising & design agencies, activations among others.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor influencer campaigns, ensuring that deliverables are aligned with brand objectives and industry regulations.

  • Event Planning and Execution: Organize the company's participation in important fairs and events, as well as create and produce its own brand events for consumers and professionals, aiming to strengthen the brand image and relationship with the public.

What are we looking for?

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in media management, CRM, and knowledgeable in professional CPG channels.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
