Description

Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Project/Product Management Specialist to support the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects and to support the development and positioning of our products. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives and also work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, support commercialization efforts, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Define project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Sales, Quality, Operations, and external partners
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve project processes and efficiency
  • Assist in defining product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop product documentation, marketing materials, and training content
  • Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Support pricing strategies and product portfolio management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree. Preferer Chemical, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • 2 years of project management or scientific/laboratory industry relevant experience
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
