Job Title: Social Worker
Team: Safeguarding
Salary: £40,369 - £43,686 (dependent on experience) + up to £6000 market supplement/welcome bonus 
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

Are you a skilled and committed social worker looking to make a real difference in safeguarding children and young people?

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a Safeguarding Team based in Northampton. In this role, you will carry out robust assessments, manage complex child protection cases, and work closely with families and multi-agency partners to ensure children are safe and supported. You’ll play a vital role in delivering timely interventions, progressing care plans, and achieving positive outcomes for children at risk of harm.

About You

  • Social Work England registered
  • 2 years post-qualified, with a completed ASYE
  • Experienced in child protection, safeguarding, and statutory interventions
  • Skilled in managing risk and making sound professional judgments
  • A confident communicator and team collaborator
