About This Role:
As a Source to Contract (S2C) Senior Analyst, you will be an essential part of the procurement team, focusing on operational sourcing and contract support. Your role involves ensuring a seamless user experience and maintaining high data quality within the S2C process. By working closely with Sourcing Managers and business stakeholders, you will triage requests, administer contracts, and maintain comprehensive contract and sourcing records. Your goal is to process requests in line with procurement policies, category strategies, and governance standards. This position is crucial for executing, coordinating, and supporting users, without the responsibility of policy or methodology ownership. You will be a key player in driving efficiency and compliance across our procurement processes, contributing significant value to the overall business structure.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as an operational intake point for Source to Contract requests, ensuring alignment with procurement policies and governance standards.
- Evaluate relevance, completeness, and validity of incoming requests, assessing specifications and business objectives.
- Complete non-sourcing requests using preferred suppliers, maintaining accurate documentation.
- Set up eRfX events and eAuctions, ensuring process compliance.
- Create, maintain, and progress contracts in the Coupa CLM system, ensuring policy alignment.
- Monitor and execute contract renewals, amendments, and extensions according to guidelines.
- Maintain contract repositories, ensuring data accuracy and reporting readiness.
- Provide technology-enabled support for acquisitions, including AI-enabled contract reviews.
- Administer supplier performance evaluation surveys and support Category Managers with analytics.
- Act as the first operational control point for upstream S2C activities, advising on buying channels and strategies.
- Answer user and stakeholder queries, ensuring consistent application of policies and tools.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline (Equivalent professional experience may be considered.)
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracting, or similar fields.
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Demonstrated experience supporting RFx processes and contract lifecycle administration.
- Experience working with procurement and/or contract management systems such as Coupa, Ariba, Oracle, SAP, or similar.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AI-enabled contract review and repapering.
- Strong analytical skills to support supplier management and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with eRfX and eAuction setup and coordination.
