Do you love digging into data, organizing, and problem-solving? We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented automotive accounting associate to help our dealership accounting staff in our banking department in our corporate Raleigh, NC office!
As part of our accounting team, you’ll be in charge of daily deposit recording for credit card, check, and cash transactions. While completing journal entries to record the dealership's daily transactions, we have a total of 17 dealerships, which our entire banking team works on. Other duties as assigned within the department will be required.

What we are looking for:
- Individuals with outstanding multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- CDK software (preferred)
- Automotive industry experience (preferred)
- Ability to adapt to change within a growing company
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to self-motivate in work in a high-paced atmosphere
- Ability to utilize multiple software systems
- Someone with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Assist in breaking down deals, handling deal paperwork
- Working with outside departments to correct any errors
- Stocking in vehicle inventory
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record is required
