Role: Integrated Designer (Digital & Motion)
Location: Remote working until further notice
A Little Bit About the Role:
We are looking for people who want to work closer with clients and brands, who are entrepreneurial and relish the opportunity to be a part of something new and dynamic.
What You'll be Doing
The ideal candidate will be someone with good foundations in both digital and motion, but with a desire to increase their involvement in digital projects, as this requirement grows. A good knowledge or history of work in social media is also desirable. You’ll ideally be from an agency background with around 8 years’ experience. The role is fast paced and responsive, working across multiple different projects and clients within the group.
You will form part of a team that delivers the following:
- Strategy - social & content
- Creative, copywriting & design
- Editorial & publishing, distribution
- Content production & post
What You'll Need:
- Leading the way on projects identified as opportunities to show our design, craft and conceptual expertise.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
- InDesign a plus
- Experience working across and delivering both digital and motion-based design projects.
- Good understanding of responsive and modular design systems and current best practices (emails/websites/digital display).
- Knowledge of digital accessibility best practice.
- Share know-how and best work across network.
- Connect people, occasional visits to on-site teams (where possible), inspire and build creative community.
- Help with pitching/pressure projects that need to be done right first time.
- Keeping up to date with current design thinking and trends.
- Art Direction and well thought through storyboarding.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English.
