We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA aATP and SAP GATP Solution Lead with 8+ years of strong techno-functional expertise in advanced ATP and order fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate should have deep integration knowledge across SAP SD, MM modules and salesfoece along with hands-on experience in complex intercompany sales scenarios within global enterprise environments.

This role will play a critical part in driving scalable SAP supply chain solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and global delivery teams across transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for SAP S/4HANA aATP and SAP GATP.
  • Conduct business workshops and gather functional and technical requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solution architecture and detailed design.
  • Configure and support:
    • Product Allocation (PAL)
    • Backorder Processing (BOP)
    • Supply Protection
    • Alternative-Based Confirmation (ABC)
    • Availability Check and ATP rules
  • Drive integration across SAP SD, MM, PP, EWM, Salesforee, My-illumina and planning systems.
  • Design and support complex intercompany sales and distribution processes.
  • Collaborate with global business and IT teams across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Provide support during testing, deployment, hypercare, and ongoing optimization activities.
  • Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture and business transformation goals.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in:  SAP S/4HANA aATP ,SAP GATP  with SAP SD and MM integration
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • ATP and fulfillment processes
  • Supply chain execution
  • Hands-on experience in intercompany sales and stock transfer processes.
  • Strong integration knowledge across SAP : SD ,MM ,PP EWM  and Planning solutions
  • Proven ability to convert business requirements into technical and functional solution designs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in large, complex, global transformation programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, MedTech, or regulated industries preferred.
  • Experience working in organizations similar to Illumina or other global enterprises is an advantage.
  • Exposure to SAP IBP, EWM, TM, or S/4HANA transformation programs preferred.
  • SAP certification in S/4HANA  AATP is a plus
