To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated New Business Manager (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.
The position is located in Switzerland/Ecublens, directly reporting to Automotive Refinish Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit existing customers and acquire new clients
- Independently plan your routes and customer visits
- Take strong personal responsibility for achieving targets and developing new business
- Gather market intelligence (trends and competitor activities)
- Prepare materials for sales meetings (project lists)
- Present project lists internally
- Prepare budgets and business plans (territory-specific and according to guidelines)
- Manage the pipeline and customer activities
- Provide technical advice directly on-site at customer locations
- Coordinate technical service interventions with customers
- Introduce new products to customers
Profile:
- Training as an industrial painter, automotive painter, or body repair technician
- Experience in selling products in the industrial coatings and commercial vehicle sector
- Ability to convince and inspire customers with PPG products
- Solid technical background
- Good knowledge of products and paint systems
- Technical expertise within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
