About the role
Are you an experienced chemical pulping professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Chemical Pulping Product & Application Manager to join our PEC CN team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product and application development, supporting customer needs, and collaborating with global teams to enhance competitiveness in the chemical pulping industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Quotation and Technical proposal operation in Compass, LN etc
- Contract making with MSMs and Legal team
- Proactive with customers, and well understand customers ‘needs/Bottleneck.
- Cross BU and BA cooperation and coordination to search better lead time and cost.
- Study solution together with global counter party to improve competitiveness
- Updated IPP stored parts regularly with logistic colleagues
- Keep close contact with globe technology team for support.
- Develop CPU rebuilds/upgrades
- Take care of CAP- WHL business and study together with Global supply for cost reduction
Expectations for you :
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- B.Sc. degree in Pulp and Paper education from a university
- Good in technical, can handle the responsible area relative independently
- Could coordinate and manage tasks in the matrix
- Willing and somehow capable to coach junior employee
- Know network and efficiently use internal resources
- Knowledge about leading chemical pulping technology is an advantage
- Customer value orientation and strong commitment
- Self-starter and willing and able to flexibility work within a developing organization
- Prefer to 5 years’ work experience or more in Chemical pulping,
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Willing to learn
