Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Assist Seniors, Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle-market companies in a variety of industries
- Conduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findings
- Create draft reports for management review
- Research issues that arise during the course of engagement
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting or Business or certified Chartered Accountant (ACA)
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services or Assurance or related field
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
- Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills
- Highly motivated and takes initiative for professional growth and development
- Outstanding organization and project management skills
- Ability to take direction, and exercise sound judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Able to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
