The Role
As a Managing Principal, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex client engagements, driving business growth, and delivering impactful transformation across the Wealth & Asset Management space. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing strategic direction while ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Lead large-scale transformation programmes across wealth and asset management clients
Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Drive business development, including shaping proposals and expanding existing accounts
Oversee delivery teams to ensure quality, timeliness, and commercial success
Provide strategic insights on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of experience in Wealth & Asset Management consulting or industry roles
Proven track record of leading complex programmes and managing senior stakeholders
Strong commercial acumen with experience contributing to business growth
Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in dynamic environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
