Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking an intern to join our Chemical R&D team in Schaffhausen
Position Overview - Tasks & Responsibilities:
As our Intern Chemical R&D team, you will play a key role in supporting our efforts to bring chemistry for new APIs to patients who need it most. Fully embedded in the global R&D team, you will contribute to new route design and process research to support first GLP and GMP batch deliveries on the critical path by
Looking for modern chemistry for small APIs or peptide APIs
Evaluating modern chemistry in our lab
Summarizing and presenting results within the local R&D team
Qualifications - Education and Experience:
A completed bachelor's or ongoing master's degree in life sciences (chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, medicine)
Qualifications - Skills:
A high level of enthusiasm and a keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience with organic chemistry and/or with peptide chemistry
Very good German and English skills, other languages are a plus
Able to understand scientific data and to translate these into a practical narrative
Team spirit, creativity, proactivity and a strong organizational talent
