Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Collaborate with supervisors to scope requirements and design Microsoft SharePoint tools and image processing utilities that streamline internal workflows.
- Build and configure SharePoint solutions (lists/libraries, forms, workflows/Power Automate, permissions) to digitize approvals, task tracking, and document management.
- Develop image processing tools (e.g., batch conversion, resizing, quality checks, metadata tagging) to accelerate content preparation and reduce manual effort.
- Integrate systems and data by connecting SharePoint with internal applications (e.g., Power Apps, Excel/CSV imports, APIs) to enable end‑to‑end process automation.
- Create user-friendly interfaces and dashboards for supervisors and cross-functional teams, emphasizing usability, role-based access, and clear decision insights.
- Establish data governance for SharePoint content and images, including naming conventions, version control, retention policies, and audit/compliance requirements.
- Document, train, and support users by producing SOPs/user guides, delivering trainings, and providing ongoing troubleshooting and enhancement requests.
- Monitor performance and security, track usage metrics, optimize workflows, and implement best practices for reliability, privacy, and access control.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- The ideal candidate is a bachelor or master student in IT related major,
- The candidates should be able to work at IFF for 6-9 months.
- Internship data must be reported and documented within IFF. If data needs to be presented at university, it should be in a small committee under non-disclosure agreement - only supervisors from IFF and university.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Have working experience in ImageJ would be an advantage.
- Good oral English skills.
