On Site: This position requires to work on site on a full-time basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Capable to identify expenses and liabilities and proper account recording
- Expertise managing Microsoft software (excel, ppt, word,pbi) and others.
- Able to conduct a business conversation in English (verbal & written)
- Analytical skills that permit financial reviews with required outcomes fully substantiated
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful integration of new features and functionalities.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to management using advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI
- Proactively identify and resolve issues, demonstrating a strong Customer-Focused approach to continuously improve the online customer journey.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Admin or a related field.
- Experience with financial concepts such as Accounts payables, receivables, invoices, expenses, bank transfers, etc
- Proven expertise in Data Analysis and experience with various analytical tools and platforms.
- Strong abilities to communicate and interact with others, creating synergies and alliances.
- Effectively handling ambiguity and learning on the fly
- Exceptional Customer-Focused mindset with a strong commitment to providing excellent Customer Service.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data manipulation and analysis, and PowerPoint for compelling presentations and Power BI
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Spanish and English.
