Our analysts partner closely with Product, Technology, and Operations leaders to answer these questions, driving both operational excellence and strategic innovation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, in an analytical/quantitative major preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in an analytical role
  • Proficiency with computers and database systems and/or software packages preferred (ex. SQL, Snowflake, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, Microsoft Suite)
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

Work Authorization:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.  Sponsorship will not be considered for this specific role.


Work and Arrangement:

This role will be based out of the CarMax Technology Innovation Center (Richmond, VA) and associates will work onsite 5 days per week.
