Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Working directly with the Corporate Real Estate Regional Senior Director and their team, develop market real estate plans to enable the business aligned to the CRE enterprise strategy and proactively support the implementation of regional planning priorities. Perform detailed analysis in developing market plans, capturing specific market nuances, financial analysis and business requirements. Manage the PAR business case process for the regional team, including EDS engagement and other stakeholder management to effectively manage planning deliverables at a regional level. In addition, collaborate with the Enterprise Workplace strategy team on planning deliverables to ensure consistency in planning approach across the globe.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Development and ongoing maintenance of the regional market plans, working directly with the CRE Regional Lead and other CRE stakeholders
  • Participate in platform planning sessions, to capture and shape the business vision and requirements enabled through corporate real estate
  • Understand and capture specific market nuances to build relevant market plans, while balancing consistency in approach working in partnership with Enterprise Workplace team
  • Participate in the annual planning process managed by the Enterprise Workplace team to ensure consistency in approach
  • Complete portfolio business reviews quarterly for CRE region, including the development and maintenance of Property Information Forms (PIF)
  • Prepare and present high-impact planning analysis, including presentations for senior leadership, ensuring clarity, actionable insights, and alignment with strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including platform, finance and other CRE stakeholders as required to develop comprehensive business cases
  • Manage key stakeholders, including EDS and the required PAR process and timely response of EDS inquiries

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

 Must have:


•7+ years of corporate real estate and/or management consulting experience with at least 2 years in a senior capacity

•Influential leader with strong business and financial acumen

•Strong client focus and responsiveness to business needs, while influencing change agenda (where required) to achieve enterprise goals

•Highly proficient communication and presentation skills including executive engagement

•Experience in supplier and contract management

•Ability to work in a matrix organization with global functions (centers of excellence) and regional delivery model

For New Jersey: The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $120,000 - $175,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
