More about the role

Job Summary

A detail-oriented Product Marketing Operations professional to join the Marketing & Commercial Excellence team for SEA. This hands-on role sits within the Product Marketing Data Operations and focuses on five core domains: product administration (I2NC), ETO processing, forecast management (QxP), and product samples/demo box logistics, pricing management. The ideal candidate is process-driven, organized, and comfortable managing transactional tasks across product setup, pricing systems, and operational workflows.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Validate data integrity and completeness of SKU setup prior to activation submission, and maintain accurate product master data in SAP across all trade channels and markets.
  • Submit and track PRT requests for new 12NC activations through to completion, ensuring synchronized product setup with country sales and operations teams.
  • Manage the full PIPO process — maintain, prune, and audit SKU records and commercial databases to ensure ongoing product master data accuracy.
  • Receive, validate, and submit ETO requests from country sales teams to the factory for 12NC creation; track approvals, maintain status logs, and escalate overdue items to relevant stakeholders.
  • Activate approved ETO 12NCs via PRT and configure pricing in the system upon approval, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time.
  • Execute monthly and quarterly QxP uploads into pricing tools, validate data integrity prior to each submission, correct Promotional APO prices as required, and escalate discrepancies to commercial teams.
  • Configure and maintain pricing tiers in Vistex and SAP — covering List Price, SRP, Customer Net Price, and Promotional Price — based on instructions from Pricing and Commercial teams, and support CPQ quotation standardization tasks.
  • Support NPI ramp-up by coordinating commercial sample activation and managing demo box requests, including raising sample forms, tracking fulfilment, and liaising with supply chain for timely delivery.
  • Maintain CLP (product lifecycle positioning) setup and related documentation to ensure accurate lifecycle tracking across the portfolio.
  • Follow established SOPs across all operational tasks and proactively identify process improvements to increase accuracy, reduce turnaround time, and strengthen cross-functional coordination

Critical Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field, providing foundational knowledge in commercial operations and data analysis.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in product administration, commercial operations, or pricing operations (company/product master data exposure preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/PRM/ pricing tools (SAP, Vistex, CPQ or equivalent).
  • Proficiency certification in sales analytics tools or platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), C4C, or equivalent is essential to effectively manage reporting and data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Process-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
