A Day in the Life

As the Senior Business Advanced Analytics Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Global Service and Repair - Insights team, focusing on developing, implementing, and managing data and analytics deliverables. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team and stakeholders to create comprehensive, analytics-driven products in support of Service Delivery activities. Your responsibilities will include developing a strong understanding of how service and repair operations function end‑to‑end and become a trusted analytics partner to operational leaders.

Responsibilities may include:

• Partner with stakeholders to design data-driven solutions that optimize service depot, field service, and contact center operations
• Build, enhance, and maintain data products that support Service & Repair operations
• Develop a strong understanding of end‑to‑end Service & Repair workflows, metrics, and operational drivers
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers and product owners to ensure timely delivery aligned to project commitments
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements
• Identify opportunities to simplify reporting, reduce ad‑hoc requests, and apply automation to manual reporting tasks
• Fulfill ad hoc data requests as needed
•   Participate in stakeholder meetings and strategic discussions

Required knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related roles
• Advanced Tableau experience, including hands-on dashboard development, complex calculations, parameters, and data storytelling
• Proven experience acting as a business partner, working closely with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights
• Strong ability to communicate insights clearly and influence decision-making

Nice to have:

• Experience with SQL and exposure to data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake or similar)

• Experience working in a manufacturing or service delivery environment

• Exposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, and/or Agile ways of working

• Experience working in complex, highly matrixed organizations

• Ability to anticipate stakeholder needs and proactively suggest improvements to existing processes

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
