About the role
Main Responsibilities & Tasks
- Support 3D printing activities in the protoshop (file preparation, basic operation and simple maintenance under supervision).
- Assist in milling protoshop tasks (e.g. preparation of parts, simple machining steps, cleaning and setup).
- Perform basic qualification and validation tasks for pipette development (test execution, measurements and documentation) according to instructions.
- Document test results and maintain orderly records.
- Follow all safety, quality and cleanliness guidelines in the workshop and lab environment.
Qualification & Skills
- Enrolled student in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Basic hands-on skills in a workshop / prototyping environment (3D printing, machining) are an advantage.
- Interest in product development, prototyping and qualification/validation work.
- Careful, reliable and structured way of working.
- Ability to work independently under guidance and as part of a team.
