What you will do:
- Provide servant leadership and mentorship to cross-functional agile teams delivering technology solutions
- Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team’s ability to deliver against their commitments
- Scope Management
- Change Management
- Strong stakeholder management and resource allocation capabilities
- Maintain the product roadmap aligned between Engineering and Product
- Raise, manage, and monitor risk mitigation plans
- Implement, generate, and govern project metrics and KPIs to track team performance, delivery velocity, and quality outcomes; continuously refine measurement frameworks to drive data-driven improvements
- Challenge and enable the team to continuously improve through intentional Lean and data driven inspect and adapt cycles (retrospectives)
- Follow technical releases, escalating problems to the leadership Be constantly challenged to create world-class solutions
We are looking for people with:
- University degree in computing-related fields such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Systems Analysis and Development is preferred but not required (MBA/Master's is a plus)
- Advanced communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
- Proven experience with Agile projects and project management methodologies
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a very dynamic and time sensitive work environment.
