Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Manage budgets for small minor projects. Confirm project requirements, formulate plans, milestones and implementation schemes, and oversee overall delivery progress.
- Technical Liaison: Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams of Production, Maintenance, Safety and Quality. Review technical proposals, standard drawings and equipment selection, and deliver solutions and technical support.
- Cost & Schedule Control: Draw up project budgets, track the whole process of procurement, construction, installation and commissioning, strictly control costs and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Acceptance & Handover: Organize equipment commissioning, trial operation and final acceptance. Sort out project files and standard documents, complete handover and update maintenance and operation specifications accordingly.
- Compliance Management: Strictly follow GMP, cleanroom requirements, EHS regulations and industrial standards throughout all works, and implement on-site safety and quality control.
- Planning Coordination: Participate in the formulation and phased implementation of medium and long-term project budgets.
Job Requirements
- Majored in engineering disciplines. Familiar with production equipment, workshop codes and utility systems (compressed air, steam, HVAC, water treatment, etc.) in FMCG, food and daily chemical industries.
- Experienced in independent end-to-end project management, with solid knowledge of equipment selection, on-site construction, commissioning and acceptance.
- Able to read basic engineering drawings. Possess strong communication and coordination skills for cross-departmental and external liaison.
- Well-versed in EHS and GMP requirements, with sound awareness of cost and schedule management.
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering, with no less than 3 years of on-site project working experience. Competent in English listening, speaking and writing. No bad habits. Female candidates are welcome.
