Role Overview
EcoSure, a division of Ecolab, is an industry leader in quality-assurance inspections for brand assurance programs. Our specialists are trusted safety experts relied upon by clients in the hospitality industry. We are looking for experienced hospitality professionals based in major Japanese cities with good transport access to work as Hotel Brand Standards Auditors.
In this role, you will travel across Japan to visit hotels, conduct audits of hotel quality, cleanliness, condition, and services, and provide a debrief to hotel management. This freelance position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working independently, traveling, and contributing to hospitality quality.
Key Responsibilities
Attention to Detail: Conduct thorough assessments of hotel quality, condition, services, and cleanliness. Provide a debrief to hotel management.
Client Relations: Maintain positive relationships with hotel clients.
Candidate Requirements
Hospitality Management Experience: Proven success in an operational role within the hospitality industry, preferably with international hotel brands. Experience in on-site Quality Assurance is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Good command of Japanese and English.
Mobility: Possess a valid driving license for travel.
Location: Based in a major city with good transport connections.
Availability: Able to dedicate a full week for assignments.
Work Authorization: Hold a valid work permit in Japan (visa sponsorship is not provided).
Flexibility: Able to adapt to new challenges and work effectively in dynamic environments.
