Objetivo principal del cargo:

Apoyo en la gestión de la relación diaria con un cliente de menor tamaño y supervisar la correcta y oportuna implementación de proyectos aprobados.

Responsabilidades:

Apoyar en la comunicación y el seguimiento diario de las cuentas de menor tamaño, respondiendo a sus necesidades y requerimientos cotidianos.
Apoyar en la supervisión del avance de las tareas y proyectos para un cliente de mayor envergadura, cuidando los plazos y la calidad esperada en coordinación con el equipo interno.
Asistir a jornadas de producción o grabaciones, ofreciendo apoyo logístico y atendiendo necesidades puntuales que puedan surgir para facilitar el trabajo del equipo de producción.
Mantener una comunicación fluida y constante con los equipos internos para garantizar que los flujos de trabajo se cumplan según lo planificado.

Carrera de publicidad o afín
0 a 1 años de experiencia
Excelentes habilidades de organización y gestión del tiempo para manejar múltiples proyectos y clientes de forma simultánea.
Alta atención al detalle para garantizar una ejecución sin errores, especialmente en la implementación de material ya aprobado.
Sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita para interactuar eficazmente con clientes y equipos internos.
Actitud proactiva, resolutiva y con gran capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
