Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Permanent (Full-time and Part-time positions available)

Salary: €63,279 - €74,509

Working Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week

Job Overview

Pulse is currently seeking experienced and passionate Senior Speech and Language Therapists to join Children’s Disability Network Teams across Dublin. These permanent roles offer the opportunity to work with children aged 0–18 with complex developmental needs, within a family-centred, interdisciplinary model of care.

This is an exciting time to work for a client which is undergoing a transformation programme, focusing on continuous improvement and lean healthcare practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to children with physical, sensory, and developmental disabilities.
  • Assess and manage dysphagia and feeding difficulties, including excessive drooling.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated care.
  • Contribute to service development, training, and clinical audits.
  • Coordinate and lead clinics, working consultatively with other lead therapists.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Recognised IASLT qualification and CORU registration.
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in paediatric disability services.
  • Proven experience in dysphagia assessment and management.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Full driver’s licence and access to a car (or willingness to obtain).
