About the role

LA28 does not provide relocation assistance for any positions. If you are based outside the Los Angeles area, we still welcome your application — we value talent from all geographic backgrounds and want to hear from you if you are able to work on-site in LA.

Role Purpose

As Senior Manager, Food and Beverage, you will help deliver the food and beverage experience across a cluster of venues for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Partnering with Event Management and the wider food and beverage team, you will shape the operational plans, standards, and service that athletes, workers, and fans depend on. This is hands-on delivery work in an evolving, high-standards environment, establishing repeatable operations and strong teammate relationships so every venue consistently serves the Games well.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Event Management cluster of venues on all food and beverage operational needs and planning.

  • Partner with the food and beverage team to plan and deliver the operational items required for the Games.

  • Establish repeatable operating standards and consistent service levels across all venues in the cluster.

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to keep food and beverage delivery on schedule and on standard.

  • Build and support strong teammate relationships that keep venue food and beverage operations running smoothly.

Required Competencies

  • 7+ years of experience in food and beverage operations, including venue, stadium, or major live-event environments and settings.

  • Proven ability to run multi-site or multi-venue food and beverage operations reliably, safely, and at significant scale.

  • Strong operational planning skills to set standards, service levels, and staffing consistently across multiple concurrent venue teams.

  • Effective collaboration with vendors, event management partners, and other cross-functional delivery teams throughout the full Games program.

  • Clear, team-first communication that builds trust and keeps teammates aligned, informed, and motivated through demanding operations.

Valued Experience

  • Food and beverage experience in a venue environment.

  • Experience delivering food and beverage at large-scale or live events.

  • Familiarity with vendor and concessions management.

  • A collaborative, teammate-first approach to operations.

  • Passion for hospitality and for Los Angeles.

What We Offer

  • Real ownership of food and beverage delivery across a cluster of venues.

  • A once-in-a-career opportunity to help stage the Olympic and Paralympic Games.

  • A team-first culture built on trust, recognition, and shared success.

  • Exposure across event management, vendors, and venue operations teams.

What This Role Means for the Games

By establishing reliable operations and strong teammate relationships across your cluster, you help LA28 serve athletes, workers, and fans consistently, so the hospitality of the Games genuinely matches the memorable moments happening on the field.
