- Ensure the services deliverables in JLL scope required by Client & as per JLL MSA Contract is always met & delivered. Measurables : Nil business escalations or complaints during my duty hours.
- Ensuring you are delivering as per the SLA and KPI to maitain the score >90%
- Ensure & support periodic timely & accurate reporting including daily, weekly & monthly reports. Measurables : No delays in report submission to Client or observations of inaccuracy or errors.
- Periodically inspected the log books, checklist and PPM schedules, SOP & EOP for a batter management of engineering.
- Work toward ‘ZERO’ down time and set up the practices to ensure the delivery of seamless service to client.
- Responsible for ensuring Landlord’s compliance of availability of all statutory obligations.
- Implement the energy management program to reduce the cost on utilities
- Client business needs are always met & there are no escalations on it. . Measurables : No Helpdesk orders / tickets getting busted
- EHS tracker / Risk Register updated at each site duly agreed by Client SPOC
- Nil deviation of Safety & EHS metrics, all incidents upload on JLL CMO /Client tool with Incident reporting & RCA on 3Why analysis
- Ensure the implementation and management for risk and safety work and practices to reduce any interruption to operations(SWMS and RA post starting any works)
- Conduct regular audits of the M&E store and maintain IMT also ensure sufficient stock level maitain always
- Ensure Compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standards. Also submission of PCB returns
- No Inventory management deviations, FIFO essentially implemented
- Ensure managing of all tools including and not limited to Corrigo,E-fit,IMT,CMO,E-Mate,E-Medic etc.
- All client/stake holders/exco visits, events (indoor and outdoor) to be managed properly with zero esclation
- Esnure no NC in all audits being conducted by client or it's auditors
- 100% adherence of client policies and process by site team
- Timely completion of all projects, R&M work and processing of the invoices
- Ensure to adopt to all changes in the technology platforms and new implementations if any
- Constant focus on driving client's sustainability programs and achieving client's sustainability target
- Implementation of LOTO procedures and various other safety procedures.
- To work on the CSAT feedbacks and the mitigation plan
- Ensure to contribute to team's and organization's goals
- Overall controll and performance analysis on Ground Team(MST and Plumber)
- Mandated number of trainings hours as per Client & JLL agreed list. Mandatory JLL Online training of Ethics & Compliance & Information Security to be 100% completed.
- Provide training to onsite team on monthly basis and share the report
- Ensure all Accidents, Incidents and Near Misses are reported in CMO tool
- Mandatory usage of all the existing technology implemented at site to bring operation efficiency
- Be a part of all trainings and workshops to keep yourself updated on the upgradatoin / transformation of technology
- Bring new ideas to improve existing sustainability practices / new sustainability goals
- Regular analysis of the Engineering data to assess the overall performance of the assets and work on improvement in any
- Implement the energy management program to reduce the cost on utilities
- CIWG initiatives in every 6 months
- Collect benchmarking data from other JLL accounts and present the same to client for review to evaluate our service levels and work on areas of improvement if any.
- Maintain consistency across all sites in terms of best practices, checklists, processes etc.
- Strict adhearance of JLL Ethics and values at work
- Execute all the jobs and deliverables within the SOW framework.
