About the role
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, coordinating learning and development activities, and ensuring efficient data and information sharing.
- Prepare, consolidate and maintain sales-related documenta and analyses in line with management requirements (e.g., SFDC sales performance, GPS reports, monthly attendance and commission reports, meeting minutes).
- Support the preperation of commercial and tender offers, inc. reviewing contracts and documentation, and liaising with legal experts when necessary.
- Contribute to the development of sales presentations, promotions materials and other sales tools.
- Support sales team , Account Managers, and management in addressing and solving customer complaints in cooperation with other departments.
- Ensure accurate contract entry, validation, and cross-checking in cooperation with Account Managers and Key Account Managers.
- Provide full administrative and organizational support, perform other tasks as assigned by management or direct superior.
Essential:
- Completed secondary school education
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service roles.
- Professional knowledge of MS Office , CRM systems , preferably Salesforce
- Capability to collect, process, and analyze data
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork abilities
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
