What you will do:
- Onboard and train TheFork Partners on TheFork Manager, our restaurant booking management solution (ERB)
- Ensure Partners adopt the tool on a daily basis, helping them streamline and improve their service management
- Guide Partners through their digital transformation, ensuring a smooth transition and strong engagement
- Generate interest by demonstrating the value and opportunities of upgrading their ERB
- Re-train Partners on TheFork Manager and proactively propose refresh sessions whenever needed
- Continuously improve training techniques and identify best practices to maximize impact
- Guarantee an excellent Partner experience throughout the onboarding journey
- Bring structured feedback from the field to improve our ERB, in collaboration with the Product Team
Who you are:
You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications
- Native level French and fluency in English
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage a wide variety of stakeholders
- Team player mindset: passionate, open-minded, with a touch of humor
- Great stamina and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
You Can Impress With These Additions
- Previous experience in similar roles (training, onboarding, customer success, implementation, support, sales)
- Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce is a strong plus)
- Interest in tech, hospitality, and partner enablement / product adoption
