Overview

Constant Contact is building an AI-native marketing organization in the SMB software space. This role sits at the center of driving integrated media as a growth engine across brand and performance.

As Senior Manager, Integrated Media, you will own the strategy and execution of integrated media campaigns across YouTube, Connected TV (CTV), Linear TV, and supporting digital channels, with a clear mandate: drive incremental demand, expand reach, and deliver measurable gross adds at efficient CAC.

This is not a campaign management role. You will architect media strategy, connect creative and data into a unified system, and leverage AI-enabled optimization tools to scale performance. Your leverage is not volume; it is judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to translate insight into growth.

Strategy & Planning

  • Own media strategies, Video channels driving awareness, consideration, and conversion
  • Define channel roles and contribution to gross adds and revenue
  • Build cross-channel investment strategies grounded in CAC, LTV, and incrementality
  • Identify new demand through audience, channel, and creative opportunities

Execution & Buying

  • Execute across YouTube, CTV/OTT, and Linear TV
  • Negotiate network, PMP deals, direct partnerships, and premium inventory access
  • Manage budgets to hit trial, gross add, and CAC targets
  • Leverage AI tools for bidding while maintaining strategic control

Optimization & Testing

  • Own experimentation across creative, audiences, and channel mix
  • Leverage AI systems to accelerate learning and budget allocation
  • Distinguish incremental gains vs attribution shifts
  • Scale high-performing strategies efficiently

Creative & Media Integration

  • Partner with Creative to ensure assets drive engagement and conversion
  • Translate performance into creative direction and testing plans
  • Continuously improve hooks, messaging, and conversion drivers

Measurement & Collaboration

  • Own contribution to trials, gross adds, and CAC
  • Partner on MMM, MTA, and incrementality frameworks
  • Align platform metrics to business outcomes
  • Collaborate across Growth, Creative, Product, and Analytics

What You Bring

  • 6+ years in video media buying, growth, or performance marketing
  • Deep experience with YouTube and CTV/OTT platforms
  • Proven ability to manage and scale multi-million-dollar budgets with clear accountability to performance outcomes
  • Strong command of video measurement methodologies including view-through attribution, brand lift studies, and cross-channel reach/frequency.
  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics
  • Ability to translate data into strategy and execution
