Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Digital Analytics Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary analytics team supporting a global automotive client across the region. This role combines product ownership, experimentation, analytics implementation, and client relationship management. The successful candidate will deliver measurable impact by enabling data-driven decision making, optimizing digital experiences, and ensuring high-quality analytics practices.
- Data Management & Dashboarding – Act as product owner for the regional data warehousing and visualization platform. Provide accurate, actionable views into marketing activities to support regional and market decision making. Manage platform maintenance, user engagement, and development based on requirements. Define business requirements and translate them into actionable development plans. Lead a team of 2–3 developers, providing direction and prioritization. Collaborate with client and agency teams to address feedback and enhancement requests. Ensure data accuracy, platform reliability, and fitness for purpose. Ideal experience with: Snowflake, Adverity (data pipelines), Power BI.
- Experimentation – Drive optimization of marketing activities through website and CRM experimentation. Manage experimentation setup, hypothesis development, measurement, and impact estimation. Deliver reporting, monthly deep dives, and quarterly business reviews. Work hands-on in ideation and measurement to ensure experimentation delivers business outcomes. Lead a team of 3 supporting experimentation across website and CRM activities. Experience required: Proven background in experimentation and testing. Preferred: Familiarity with Adobe Target or equivalent tools (e.g., Optimizely).
- Website Analytics – Use Adobe Analytics to deliver customer journey analysis, feature analysis, and respond to market analytics requests. Operate within globally defined analytics plans and frameworks. Manage a small team of analysts, while remaining hands-on when needed. Collaborate with regional and market-level client and agency teams. Support data provision for a wide range of marketing and business use cases. Experience required: Adobe Analytics (essential).
- Analytics Implementation – Oversee analytics implementation, including measurement plan development, tagging QA, and media tag implementation. Owner of special projects such as migration to Adobe Web SDK from App Measurement and transition to event driven data layers.
