Job Description
Deal Structuring Manager
Location: London, UK.
About the job:
Rubrik is seeking a highly commercial, strategic, and execution-oriented Deal Structuring Manager to join the Deal Structuring & Approvals team supporting our EMEA Sales organisation, based in London.
This is a senior individual contributor role with broad regional ownership and significant cross-functional influence. You will partner closely with Sales, Sales Leadership, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, and other key stakeholders to structure complex commercial opportunities, accelerate deal velocity, and protect long-term revenue quality and profitability across EMEA.
The ideal candidate combines strong business judgment, analytical rigor, and stakeholder influence. You should be comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, navigating ambiguity, and leading high-impact conversations on strategic and non-standard opportunities.
This individual will serve as a senior escalation point for complex transactions, exceptions, commercial negotiations, and global deal desk matters. You will also play a key role in improving policies, processes, and tooling that enable scalable growth.
As Rubrik continues to expand, Deal Desk is increasingly relied upon not only to approve transactions, but to shape how the company wins business in a disciplined and efficient way. We are looking for someone who upholds Rubrik’s RIVET values, demonstrates executive maturity, and brings a proactive ownership mindset.
To be successful in the role:
- 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Business Operations, Sales, or related commercial functions, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based businesses
- Strong experience structuring complex and non-standard commercial deals involving pricing, terms, approvals, and cross-functional alignment
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leaders and influence outcomes through sound commercial judgment
- Proven ability to balance growth, deal velocity, profitability, and policy compliance in dynamic sales environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate multiple deal scenarios and recommend optimal outcomes for both Rubrik and the customer
- Ability to independently manage escalations, resolve blockers, and drive momentum on strategic opportunities
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement, automation, or policy enhancement initiatives
- Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coach and guide stakeholders through pricing, approvals, and GTM process changes
- Comfortable operating across multiple countries, cultures, and stakeholders within EMEA
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or related field; advanced degree a plus, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Excel, CPQ, and deal workflow systems
- Working knowledge of commercial contracts, revenue principles, and SaaS business models
- Experience in high-growth technology companies preferred
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and collaboration
