About the role
The position is responsible for delivering and supporting ERP implementations, finance system integrations, Microsoft Fabric data pipelines, and cloud-based AI and automation initiatives across Dentsu SSA’s enterprise technology landscape.
It plays a key role in modernising finance and operational systems across 11 SSA markets while enabling internalisation of vendor-led work to improve cost efficiency, governance, and delivery reliability.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
ERP & Finance Systems
- Participate in full lifecycle ERP implementations (analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, support)
- Focus on finance-related modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting)
- Map information flows between ERP and peripheral systems
- Identify operational bottlenecks and re-engineer processes to reduce manual intervention
- Support migration from NAV 2016 to Business Central / Deltek Maconomy (or equivalent ERP)
Systems Integration
- Design and maintain API-based integrations between:
- ERP systems
- Workday & Sage Payroll
- Media operations platform
- HubSpot / Salesforce
- ServiceNow and other enterprise platforms
- Perform data mapping, validation and reconciliation logic
- Troubleshoot integration and data flow issues
Data & Reporting Enablement
- Support Microsoft Fabric pipelines and structured reporting
- Work with Azure data services (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse)
- Enable Power BI reporting across Finance, HR and Operations
- Ensure data governance and compliance alignment
Automation & AI Enablement
- Support Azure OpenAI / Copilot use cases where relevant
- Implement workflow automation using Power Automate / Logic Apps
- Improve data readiness for AI-driven initiatives
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Information Systems or related field
(B.Com Finance advantageous) - Minimum 5 years ERP industry experience
- Experience in at least one full ERP implementation project
- Strong understanding of finance-related ERP modules
- Strong SQL skills
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with API-based integrations or data mapping
- Analytical and logical thinker
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement ability
